OUR EXPERTISE

Dedicated to the global promotion of the fine wines of Bordeaux for more than 85 years, we are today privileged partners of most of Bordeaux’s Classified Growths. Thanks to these relationships, built over the course of several generations, we have built a long-term and wide-reaching strategic distribution structure, supplying all major markets vintage after vintage.

Our selection reflects our rigorous standards and our intimate connection to the terroirs of Bordeaux. Each wine is selected above all for its quality, allowing us to promote our entire portfolio with pride and conviction.

Our wines are stored in our historic warehouses on the Quai du Priourat (270 000 sq ft) where several million bottles age peacefully in ideal conditions.

To ensure irreproachable sourcing for each bottle, we buy exclusively from the Château. The wines we distribute have never travelled, allowing us to guarantee the traceability for each bottle shipped from the Quai du Priourat.

Out of respect for the producer but also for the consumer, we apply a fair and balanced pricing strategy so that every stakeholder enjoys stable, long term growth.

PRIVATE LABELS

As wine merchants and producers, the Moueix family has been devoted to the fine wines of Bordeaux for over 80 years.

The Jean-Pierre Moueix collection of wines, sourced from a careful selection of vineyard sites, is an introduction to the family’s philosophy.

Personally selected by Christian Moueix and his technical team, the wines are blended and aged in our cellars of the Quai du Priourat in Libourne, benefitting from the same expertise as the family vineyards.

This range was born from a simple idea: working with select local farmers to produce a wine that could accompany everyday occasions while expressing the charm and suppleness that have made the wines of Bordeaux sought-after for centuries.

These wines are inspired by our founder’s early mission: when Jean-Pierre Moueix launched his wine merchant business in 1937, he sought to offer eminently drinkable and enjoyable wines that reflect a sense of place.

With this collection of wines we renew our ties to our founder’s original vision for authentic, terroir-driven wines befitting any occasion.
